Here is the updated information regarding the charges structure and policies for Al Qamar Lajpal Home Patient Care Services (customer pays):

Worker Trial:

If a customer wants to take a trial of our workers, there will be a non-refundable charge of PKR 15,000/- applied in advance.
If the worker is approved after the trial period, the security charges will be adjusted in the company contract.

Worker Salary:

After the trial period or worker approval, the worker’s salary will be transferred in advance to the Al Qamar Lajpal company account.
The salary details will not be disclosed to the worker.

Worker Placement Timeframe:

Please note that a minimum of 4 working days will be required to find a suitable worker for the customer. We will make every effort to match the right caregiver or nurse to meet your specific requirements.

Contract Policy:

The company and client contract policy will not be shared with the worker. All contractual agreements and terms are strictly between Al Qamar Lajpal Home Patient Care Services and the client.
